Since its 2012 founding in Crown Point, Indiana, Ignite Elite Volleyball has quickly evolved into one of the premier clubs in the region, for competing at a high level. 

Ignite Elite's accomplishments include:

• 2 Top 10 finishes at AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) Nationals

• 7 Great Lakes Power League top 10 finishes
• 2021---14E USAV Girls Junior National Championships 5th Place
• 2021---15E USAV Girls Junior National Championships 9th Place
• 2017---18E USAV Girls Junior National Championships Bronze Medal
• 2017---100% of Ignite Elite’s seniors went on to play collegiately
• 2016---100% of Ignite Elite’s seniors went on to play collegiately

This success is in large part due to the fact that club director and founder Michelle Thompson oftentimes limits the size of Ignite Elite to no more than two teams in each age division.  This intentional cap is what allows Ignite Elite to focus on and provide each and every player with a truly personalized and educational experience.
